1. Select Your Favorites

In order to start selecting your favorite images, determine the number of pages you want in your album, which will tell you how many images your album can hold. Albums start with a minimum of 20 pages, which holds roughly 50 images. For each additional 2 pages in your album add another 5 images to your total number of favorites.

2. Send Us Your Files

After selecting your favorites, place them in a folder called Favorites. Put the rest of your wedding images in a folder called Other. Then burn the files onto a set of CDs or DVDs or transfer them to a USB media drive that you don’t mind parting with (to keep costs low, we do not return media). Mail us your files and your hard work is done.

3. Approve Your Design

Once we receive your files, we will prepare the first draft of your album design within 1-2 business weeks. We will send you an email inviting you to preview your design online, where you will be able to approve or request changes to each layout in your album. Included at no extra charge are two rounds of revisions with up to 10 image swaps. Additional image swaps and page layout changes are charged at a reasonable rate to ensure that your costs stay low.

4. Receiving Your Finished Product

Before ordering your album we will professionally proof your final JPEG files, including dust spot removal and light blemish removal. We order albums within 1 business week of receiving final approval. Actual album delivery times vary by manufacturer, but typical delivery time is 3-6 weeks from the order date. For design only orders we will send you a link for downloading your final high-resolution album JPGS within 1 business week.
